Zingo Games does not run its own separate in-app user database for gameplay. However, when these third-party SDKs or Google Play services are integrated into an app, some data may still be collected or processed by those providers to support app delivery, analytics, ads, and crash reporting.
Data Retention
We retain support emails, business communications, and similar records only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing support, meeting legal requirements, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Data processed by Google Play, AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, or other third-party providers is retained according to their own policies.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13 unless a specific game or product clearly states otherwise. If a game is intended for children or families, we aim to operate it in line with applicable child privacy rules and relevant Google Play Families requirements. If you believe a child provided personal information to us without appropriate consent, contact us and we will review and delete it where required.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of certain personal information, and to object to certain processing. You may also opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in those messages. On Android, you can manage app permissions, reset or limit advertising identifiers where supported, review Google privacy controls, and uninstall the app at any time.
Data Deletion Requests
If you want us to delete personal information associated with a support request, email, or other identifiable record we control, email zingogames98@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We may need additional information to verify your request before processing it. For data handled by Google Play Services, AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, or Firebase Crashlytics, additional deletion or control options may be subject to Google's systems, account settings, and applicable provider policies.
International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
