Use of the Services
You may use our services only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You must not misuse the services, interfere with normal operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the services to harm other users or third parties.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the services only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Accounts and Communications
Most of our games do not require you to create an in-app account. If a service later allows account creation, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. If you contact us, you agree that we may respond using the contact details you provide.
Virtual Items and Purchases
Some games may offer downloadable content, virtual items, subscriptions, or in-game purchases through third-party platforms. Those purchases are also subject to the terms, billing rules, and refund policies of the applicable store or payment provider, including Google Play where relevant. Unless required by law or the store's own policy, purchases are final and non-refundable.
Google Play and Third-Party Platforms
If you download or use one of our apps through Google Play or another app marketplace, you are also bound by that platform's terms, policies, billing rules, and technical requirements. Zingo Games is responsible for our apps and related content as between you and Google except where platform terms assign responsibility to the platform provider. Our apps may also rely on third-party services such as Google Play Services, AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Firebase Crashlytics to support app delivery, advertising, analytics, and crash reporting.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, artwork, branding, game mechanics, text, graphics, audio, video, and other materials in the services are owned by Zingo Games or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the services for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
User Content
If you submit feedback, suggestions, messages, reviews, or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for operating, improving, and promoting our services, unless prohibited by law.
Third-Party Services
Our services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, stores, platforms, advertising providers, analytics services, SDKs, and social tools. Those third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices, and we are not responsible for their separate practices or content.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to any part of the services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for us or others, attempted fraud or abuse, or if the service is changed or discontinued.
Disclaimers
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zingo Games and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the services.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zingo Games and its affiliates, officers, team members, partners, and licensors from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the services or violation of these terms.
Changes to the Services or Terms
We may modify these terms or any part of the services from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Continued use after the update means you accept the revised terms.
Privacy
Your use of the services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be handled in connection with our website and apps, including through third-party platform and SDK providers used with Google Play apps.
